Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our service. You understand that by using Casa Premium Laundry’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Casa reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.

1. Casa Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment based on the condition of the item and Casa Laundry is not liable for any pre-existing damage to garments. Casa Laundry is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, pilling, or otherwise changes as a result of normal wear-and-tear and normal cleaning process.

2. Casa Laundry does not guarantee removal of all stains, especially stubborn stains (ie: ink, oil, old blood...).

3. If we find any pre-existing damage or have a concern about colorfastness, or the age or weakness of the fabric, we will contact you to obtain your approval before proceeding. If we are unable to obtain your approval in a timely manner, we may return the item without cleaning it.

4. Casa Laundry shall not be liable for laundry without any care label affixed to the garment. Your items will be cleaned according to the care label, unless specified by you. If there are no care labels, your items will be cleaned according to our experience.

5. Casa Laundry shall compensate for lost/damaged item(s) if proven that it is caused by us. The compensation for any case shall not be over the amount of 12 times the service fee of such item.

6. For Wash & Fold service: we shall only check the total weight and quantity of items before washing. Any damage or loss by Casa, a compensation shall be 5 times service fee of the load.

7. Our count must be accepted, unless a list accompanied the bundle. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items.

8. Free storage period for 30 days. After that, a storage fee of VND10,000 per day for a maximum of 30 days with prepayment required. If we can’t reach you, we will discard the laundry after 60 days since the receiving date.
